Online Bartender School
Need bartending information please!?

I am very interested in becoming a bartender. I think it would be a very fun job for me and that is the most important. However, whats the pay like? I know its mostly tips and all, but what does an average person make a night?

Also, anyone know any good online websites where I can learn some stuff about how to become a bartender? I saw a lot of people discourage schooling for it because it is a waste of money.

It depends on a few things. Remember, bartending is mainly a sales job. If you are dedicated to your craft and have the ability to connect with people you don’t know, it can be a windfall. It’s all about finding the right situation for you. A bartender with zero personality but a true blue collar work ethic can make boatloads in the club scene, but someone with a little more gift for gab and empathizing skills can make a ton in even a not-so-busy country club job.

In the end it’s more about what you can bring to the bartop and finding a spot that matches your skillset. The sky is the limit with the right combination!

If you ever have worked in a restaurant, be it a bartender, server, or cook, you know what I am talking about. You work very hard for 8-10 hours out of the day, and for sometimes, little money. You have to be able to fulfill every ones wishes within a minutes’ notice and it can sometimes be extremely stressful and hard on your mind and body. This is why I do not blame them for going out at night and getting a beer or two, or going out and trying to release some of their stress. The only thing that is worrisome is the effect the little amount of sleep and alcohol/partying will do to your body.

Your eyes are probably the first to show the good time you had last night. They become sunken in with dark bags or become swollen and puffy, and you know you have to be at work that night. You might ask, how do you fix these problems or how do you cover them up for the time being? The only way to cover them up is with makeup, and for men, I am sure this is not an option. Trying to fix your under eye problems would be the best option for them to go away. A word of warning thou, even the best eye gel in the world will take time to eliminate your bags and puffiness, so anything you buy will take a little bit of time to work properly.

Back on track, How do we rid our face or under eye bags and puffiness? Well, you can try to get more sleep. If that is not an option then make sure you drink plenty of water. Water is pretty much a body cleanser; it will flush out most of the toxins. For the toxins left behind, particularly in the eye area because your skin is the thinnest here, you will need more than just water and rest. You will need an eye gel, and to find the best eye gel for you, you are going to need to be ingredient intelligent.

This means reading reviews about the products and, checking out the certain ingredients in the products.

First step is to jump online and visit the reviews site. Read about what the company has said about their eye gel and read about what the customers have said about the eye gel. Also, to be sure that you are not getting taken advantage by a false site, there are a few things to look for. On a personal review site (the people who do not work for the companies reviewing the product), make sure that customers are allowed to comment and tell their stories. This will be a big indication of if the site is a true opinion review or some company trying to push their best eye gel or best anti aging cream. Just being aware of this will lead you to the right product.

After reading the reviews, now check out the ingredients mentioned in the product. Are they truly all natural, will not give you any negative side effects? You can be sure of this by taking these ingredients and researching them online. I know for sure a couple ingredients that make up some of the best eye gels around and the go by the names of Eyeliss and Halxoyl. These are heavy hitters in the organic ingredient arena that truly work. Halxoyl, a peptide based additive, works for the under eye bags by removing the toxins that break down the blood giving you that dark pigment under your eyes. On the other hand, Eyeliss (which is also peptide based) works to pass these same toxins through the body so that the swelling, otherwise known as puffy eyes, can be reduced. Any eye care product featuring these ingredients will probably be one of the best eye gels out there, but this is just my opinion. The decision is ultimately up to you as to what you believe to be the best ingredients and the best eye gel out there. Just make sure you do your research. Even if you have to take some time away from the restaurant life to do so.

Restaurant Life: late hours, uncontrollable business, and horrible customers are enough to make anyone drive to drink. I remember my time as a bartender. Working from 4pm- 1am, sometimes 2am, wore on my body like crazy, then having to wake up in the morning to go to school. I walked around like zombie for a while. Now do not get me wrong, I had a great time during these years, but I would never want to go back there again. Restaurant employees have it tough, so for anyone reading this, treat them well and you will make their day.
