I am not an Emeril fan but this pot had everything I wanted so I bought it and I use it so much that it has not gotten a chance to be put away in the 3 weeks I’ve had it. It just gets washed and put back on the stove. The ‘in the lid strainer’ is ingenious in my opinion and the dual pour spouts are practically a necessity. Once again, I love, love, love this pot.
