Glassware Supplies
It cannot be denied that a lot of people don’t see the point of brewing their own beer. They will say – correctly – that brewing a beer is not the same as cooking a meal, because of the amount of time it takes to let a beer become what it should be. It is easy to become greedy – you’ve put in all this effort and now you have to wait? – but there is, no doubt, something great about supping your first glass of the new brew. Once you have got into the habit, it is possible to plan your evenings in advance to make the best of your home brewed beer.
Sourcing home brew supplies is not all that difficult when you know where to look. One of the best ideas for anyone looking to brew their own beer is to look on the Internet and find the right supplier for your ingredients and utensils. There are enough home brewing enthusiasts on the Internet who can give you tips on how to get the best out of your home brew supplies, and which supplies to use. The more experience you get, the more you will know what to look for, and when you find it you will also have some ideas on how best to use it. In recent years it has become clear that people have as broad an idea on what makes a good beer as they have on wines and food. Home brewing allows you to have ideas and put them into practice.
When you brew your own beer you will find that ideas occur to you all the time. Rather than doing the same thing every time, you will be able to look at the overall process and see what areas you can make a change in. The right home brew supplies can be every bit as versatile as ingredients in a stew. Do you want a beer that tastes of berries? It is more than possible, available in supermarkets, and something that you can make yourself if you are prepared to put the effort in. The principles of home brewing are quite constant, but there is room for experimentation therein. This is something that will become clear to any home brewer.
There are certain things which are indispensable, of course, when it comes to home brew supplies. The right equipment needs to be in place to allow you to make beer to the right standards. What kind of equipment you use will depend on the time you are willing to put in and the amount of space you have in which to work. There is no shortage of people around who will be able to give you guidance on getting the results you want.
As for the ingredients, it depends again on how much time you are willing to put in. for the longer process you will need ingredients such as hops, yeast and of course water as well as other more optional ingredients such as barley and other grains. If you want to make changes in the process from this point, it is something you will learn with time.

Science-Themed Dinnerware?
I once saw a set of dishes that looked like scientific glassware. They were in a shop window near Ivy Street in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. The “pitcher” looked like an Erlenmeyer flask, the “glasses” looked like beakers, etc. I’m trying to find out if it was a special set (and if so, how I can buy one) or if it was just normal labware and I should order my own from a lab supply store. Web searches have come up with an “Erlenmeyer flask coffee mug” and a “mad science bar set” but not the set I saw in Hayes Valley. Any leads are welcome. Thanks!
I put science themed dinnerware into the search and couldn’t find what you were looking for. Maybe you ought to try and see if you come up with something. Then I put in Erlenmeyer flask “glasses”; you might want to check this one out for these sites. Roxanne
