This stunning Twist cocktail shaker was designed for Nambé by Fred Bould, whose creations interweave his love of water, motion, and the spiraling helix shape. The twisted, sculpted sides of the shaker increase the ease of handling the shaker when moist, and beautifully flow into the pointed, cone-shaped top. Made of sand-cast metal and polished to a bright mirror finish, the shaker retains cold remarkably well and can be thoroughly chilled in a freezer before filling with martini ingredients. A thin black rubber ring is integral in the lid and in the removable strainer, to make the press fit nice and snug. With a 16-ounce capacity and height of 10 inches, the shaker comes gift-boxed and ready to impress a favorite cocktail maker.

So i was having a diner party and a friend of a friend brought this weird hippie guy wearing a toga and saddles with him. At first i found him a bit preachy and thought he needed a shave, but next thing you know, he takes my Nambé Twist 10-Inch Cocktail Shaker fillsa the thing with nothing but water, and voila out he pours out wine! it was amazing!

I received this shaker as a birthday gift a while back and I was beyond thrilled. It’s absolutely gorgeous! I love showing it off at parties and my guests always comment on it. I didn’t know that I could get this excited about a cocktail shaker, but this one is worth it! I’ve bought several for gifts and my friends are always thrilled to receive it.

when i bougt this i really wanted it for a long time so i forked out the money, overall i sent it back, its to heavy to mix drinks in. the top does not come off easily at all, and the picture looks better then the actual item i believe,

I saw this in a catalog a year or so ago. I finally broke down and ordered it when I stumbled across it on Amazon. What a spectacular piece. The “twist” design is dramatic. The shaker has very substantial weight and keeps the temperature inside a long time. Was a great conversation piece at my party. This is the shaker you want if
making a “statement” is your game.
