So far, I have not had any leaks during the shaking...I have had a couple of these and throw them out. The blue glass is rippled so it is easier to grasp...it is a tad heavy in weight, but I got used to it easily because the quality is nice. I also like the size...it is on the larger size of the ones I have so I don't feel pressed for space when making a drink. UPS dropped it off Friday afternoon in time for the cocktail hour. It is beautiful, doesn't leak, came with an extra gasket. Only down sides is that is made in China...had I only known! But, it is very nice and goes well with our cocktail glasses. It is darker than pictured which is a plus for me. Great job to the company for getting it here so fast!
